A MOTHER’S LOVE: MARIA ‘SICA’ CARREON QUIBOLOY REMEMBERED

Nurtured with a gentle spirit, Maria Carreon Quiboloy blossomed into a woman of admirable character. Affectionately known as “Sica” by her children, she shared a special bond with her youngest son, who would unknowingly become the chosen seed for a Divine mission to save humanity.

Sica played a pivotal role in shaping the discipline that defines the Appointed Son of God today. During his intense spiritual training, she was his constant support, the only one allowed to enter his room to bring him food. Amidst persecution, her love as a mother only grew stronger by Pastor Apollo’s side.

A mantra etched in the Son’s memory reflects Sica’s wisdom: “Ang taong mapagtiis, maaabot niya ang lahat ng gusto niya” (A person who is patient will achieve everything he or she desires).

Today, we commemorate Sica, the mother instrumental in bringing to the world the fulfillment of the Father’s spiritual plan for the salvation of mankind. Her first encounter with the Almighty Father, when she gave birth to Pastor Apollo, marked the beginning of a spiritual narrative that unfolded through time and has now reached its culmination.
