Pastor Apollo’s extraordinary journey with the B’laan tribe of Kitbog, Sarangani Province, is one for the books. This indigenous tribe, renowned for their intricate beadwork and abaca weaving, found their destiny beautifully intertwined with Pastor Apollo’s life.

Pastor Apollo was brought here to Kitbog in the 1970s on a call from the Almighty Father. Leaving behind his life as a prominent preacher, he embraced a new life among the B’laan people. He became their beacon of civilization and spiritual guide, teaching them the gospel and ways of modern life.

The B’laans would gather in worship every night, over the starlight sky. Their nights had been filled with dreams and visions. One such dream spoke of a well in Kitbog called “Afullo,” a lifeline for their community. It was here that Pastor Apollo baptized the B’laan natives, bringing their prophecies to life.

The B’laan people dreamt that Pastor Apollo would be bestowed with spiritual power by the Almighty Father and would leave an indelible mark on the world. They had already foreseen that he would remain forever connected to Kitbog—a prophecy that came true when he returned.

Decades had passed and Mt. Kitbog became a barren wasteland devoid of life and color, but upon his return, Pastor Apollo’s nurturing care made this majestic mountain into a lush paradise.

The metamorphosis of Mt. Kitbog is more than just a change in scenery—it’s a testament to resilience and vision. Over time, dedicated Full-Time Miracle Workers (FTMWs) have lovingly nurtured this land.

Today, Mt. Kitbog stands tall as a beacon of hope. Its once barren slopes are now adorned with diverse flora.

Pastor Apollo’s unwavering dedication led to initiatives like road construction, environmental restoration, and healthcare access for all indigenous communities. His vision encompasses progress and empowerment for all indigenous communities.
