Forty Years of Triumphs and Milestones: From a Mustard Seed to a Global Nation

Forty years ago, a seed was planted. It was small, almost insignificant in the eyes of the world. Only fifteen members stood beside the Appointed Son of God, forsaking everything but armed with faith and complete trust in the Almighty Father. They had nothing—not even food to spare, but discarded fish and vegetables bought at the market’s end and fifty pesos in tithes each week.

Today, that seed has grown into a mighty tree whose branches reach the nations. The Kingdom Nation now stands in more than 2,000 cities and 200 countries worldwide, with millions of sons and daughters who have embraced the message of the Spiritual Revolution through the Appointed Son of God. What once began in Davao City, the Water Center of the World, has become a Kingdom that no force can shake.

The Scriptures foretold this. Matthew 13:31–33 describes the Kingdom of Heaven as a mustard seed. Small at the start, but grows into the largest of trees, sheltering all who seek refuge in its branches. As Isaiah 60:22 declares: “A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in His time.”

Forging a Deliverer

Every great deliverance begins with a man set apart by God. Moses spent forty years in the backside of wilderness, stripped of worldly power, trained by the Almighty Himself to lead His people out of Egypt. Only through hardship was his character forged strong enough for the daunting yet very noble mission.

So it was with the Appointed Son. For one year, he lived in the foothills of Mt. Matutum, dispelling every doubt about his calling. Then for five more years, he was hidden away in Tamayong where he endured fiery trials and total isolation from worldly influence. In that spiritual wilderness of affliction, the University of the Spirit opened for the third time. With the Almighty Father as the Teacher and he as the lone student, he received the pure, unadulterated Manna of Revelations–without television, radio, newspapers, or human interference.

The training was grueling, filled with trials that demanded absolute loyalty, obedience, and faith. Yet like gold refined in fire, he emerged unbreakable, iron-willed, steadfast, and uncompromising. A deliverer fit for the greatest exodus of all time.

The Modern Moses and the Spiritual Exodus

Just as Moses led Israel out of Egypt, Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy was handpicked to lead the world out of the bondage of sin; from the clutches of Satan Lucifer the devil using religions and denominations. This is the Spiritual Exodus—an escape not from a physical land, but from bondage rooted in the spirit.

Through the Mosaic Ministry, the Son dismantled age-old traditions, exposed false doctrines, and shattered the serpent seed that has enslaved humanity for generations. His message thunders with the same call as the Begotten Son: Genuine Repentance. For only in total surrender, only in doing the Father’s will, can man break free and return to true freedom.

The Vision of Deliverance

In the late 1980s, the Almighty Father sealed this mission with a vision. The Appointed Son saw a black, hairy hand gripping a prison cage filled with people. Those were souls bound by the curse of sin. Then another hand appeared, holding a sword that severed the black hand’s grip. The captives were released.

The meaning was clear: Satan had held humanity captive for millennia, but the time of freedom had come. On September 1, 1985, that vision began to unfold as the Kingdom of Jesus Christ was established, ushering in liberty from the greatest bondage of all—the bondage of doing our own will.

40 Years of Unstoppable Victories

From fifty pesos in weekly tithes to a Kingdom that spans the earth.
From discarded fish and vegetables to a people fed daily with the fresh Manna of Revelations.
From fifteen faithful followers to millions of sons and daughters across the globe.

What began as the smallest of seeds has become a spiritual nation that can never be shaken. The world has witnessed it, and history will remember it: that in our time, the Father raised a deliverer, and through him, a Kingdom that no hand of man can destroy. Truly, “it only takes a single seed to yield a bountiful harvest.”

The Significance of the Feast of the Passover

The Feast of the Passover is one of the most significant celebrations in Jewish history, commemorating the liberation of the Israelites from slavery in ancient Egypt.

In the book of Exodus, God promised: “Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:” (Exodus 6:6). To fulfill this, He raised up Moses as the deliverer of His people, sending him to Pharaoh with the message: “Let My people go” (Exodus 8:1). But Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and he refused.

Then came the plagues. Ten devastating signs of God’s judgment, culminating in the most dreadful plague: the death of the firstborn. On the night of the Passover, God instructed the Israelites to sacrifice a spotless lamb and mark their doorposts with its blood. When the angel of death passed through the land, the blood became their covering. Their firstborns were spared, while Egypt was struck with grief and mourning.

This decisive event broke Pharaoh’s resistance. At last, he let the Israelites go, and the people of God marched toward freedom. The Passover became a lasting memorial of God’s mighty deliverance from the chains of Egypt.

The Passover in the Kingdom Nation: The Spiritual Exodus

In the Kingdom Nation, the Feast of the Passover is celebrated as the Spiritual Exodus. It marks the liberation of God’s people not from physical slavery, but from the deeper bondage of religion, denomination, and the serpent seed.

After the Son’s training in the Mountain of the Furnace of Affliction, the Father commanded him to return to his denomination. Though he wondered in his heart, “The denomination has already been taken out of me; why must I go back?” Still, he obeyed. Upon his return, the denomination welcomed him, but soon realized he was no longer the same man they had known. They said among themselves, “This is not the same Apollo we knew before. This is a different Apollo.”

Like Moses returning to Egypt, the Appointed Son had come back to lead God’s children out of bondage. Those who received his message followed him, and on September 1, 1985, the Spiritual Exodus began. The Almighty Father led His people out of denominational captivity and into the liberty of doing His perfect will. This was the birth of the Son’s Mosaic Ministry.

From that day, the Father gave him a clear command to lift no other name but the Name of Jesus Christ in fulfillment of Acts 4:12: Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved,” and Philippians 2:9 which says,Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name.”

Unshaken In The Storm: The KOJC Siege

In the midst of a great spiritual battle between the forces of good and evil, the sons and daughters of the Kingdom Nation stand resolute, knowing that the righteous will always prevail. For it has already been written in the Heavens: no weapon formed against the Kingdom shall prosper.

Undaunted, unbroken, unwavering, we stood as one. Before the eyes of the world, we proved that this spiritual community is not called a nation of a higher world for nothing. Enemies may rise to tear down our strongholds, but they only stumble and fall, for the Kingdom Nation has always been wired for victory.

As the Apostle Paul declared in 2 Corinthians 4:8-9:
“We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed.”
Though pressed by trials, we are never overcome, for the sustaining power of the Almighty Father upholds us.

In the face of persecution, maligning, and character assasination hurled against the Appointed Son, the Kingdom Nation rises stronger. Hard-pressed but not crushed. Struck, but never destroyed. For we walk not in fear, but in the certainty of victory, because the Almighty Father fights our battles, and the outcome has already been written: the Kingdom Nation will prevail.

From Exodus to Victory: The 40-Year Journey

The 40th Anniversary of the Feast of the Passover shines as a beacon of hope, a vivid demonstration that no matter the storms faced, the Kingdom Nation endures, unshaken.

What began as a small seed forty years ago has grown into a spiritual nation whose light pierces through the darkness of persecution and trials. This milestone is undeniable proof that the Father’s hand has steered the course of His Kingdom,  guided His people, and through His Appointed Son, victory is guaranteed.

In the 40th year, we stand victorious amid the challenges that confront us. Nothing can break our spirits, for every trial only forges us stronger. The Kingdom Nation remains strong, marching forward with steadfast faith that never wanes, for we are a people wired for triumph and success.
