UNITED FOR A GREENER TOMORROW

On December 14, 2024, communities from all over the Philippines came together to support a cleaner, greener future. Led by Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy through the Sonshine Philippines Movement, the “One Tree, One Nation” tree planting activity has become a nationwide effort to address the country’s environmental challenges. Volunteers from different sectors united with a common purpose: to make a difference for the environment.

Hundreds of volunteers took part in the tree planting event, working hand in hand to restore the area. The day was not just about planting trees—it was a reminder of how much can be accomplished when people come together for a shared goal of protecting nature and ensuring a sustainable future.

Under the leadership of Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy, the “One Tree, One Nation” initiative has grown into a powerful movement across the country, inspiring individuals to take action. The event is just one example of how communities come together to tackle pressing environmental issues and create lasting change.

Every tree planted is a step toward a greener tomorrow, and with each effort, we continue to build a brighter, more sustainable future for the next generations. This initiative proves that when we unite for a cause, we can make a real and lasting difference.

SPM Volunteers and Students Unite for a Greener Future

SPM volunteers, students, and the local government of Bansalan joined hands for Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy’s “One Tree, One Nation” initiative, planting trees in areas of the mountain affected by slash-and-burn farming.

The Sonshine Philippines Movement, in partnership with the local government of Bansalan, aims to restore the mountain’s vibrant and thriving natural beauty, bringing life back to its once-flourishing landscape.
