Pastor Apollo and Former President Duterte inspire JMarian Bar takers
The JMarian Bar takers are grateful to Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy, the founding president of Jose Maria College Foundation Inc. (JMCFI), for his support and encouragement for their undertaking the Philippine Bar Exam 2023. Pastor Apollo sent off the examinees with a special school founding President’s Hour, wherein he lifted up their spirits with his inspiring message and special prayer. He also announced that the top-performing JMarian barristers will receive two extravagant rewards: a house and lot and a new vehicle.
Former President Rodrigo R. Duterte also graced the said program and shared his advice with the 38 aspiring lawyers of the JMCFI College of Law. He urged them to uphold the rule of law and serve the people with integrity and honesty. He also commended Pastor Apollo for his vision and leadership in establishing a law school that produces competent and compassionate lawyers.
The JMarian Bar takers are among the 10,816 candidates who will take the 2023 Bar Exams on September 17, 20, and 24 at various testing centers nationwide. The results are expected to be released by early December. The JMCFI College of Law has already produced 39 lawyers in its first two years of operation, with a 100 percent passing rate in the 2020/21 Bar Exams.
The JMarian Law Community expressed its gratitude and appreciation to Pastor Apollo and Former President Duterte for their presence and guidance. They also asked for prayers and support from their families, friends, and fellow JMarians as they face their ultimate challenge on the journey to becoming lawyers.
