Dear Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy,
I was born in America but both of my parents are from Laos. I speak both Lao and Cambodian.
I’ve been listening to your preaching for over a year now attending thanksgiving and worship presentations and other Kingdom activities.
I first found out about you, when one of the Kingdom full-time miracle workers came to Super King, an Asian Market where I work, and gave me a dvd of your preaching. I was already attending a Christian church here in Stockton so I was interested. I did not expect how this dvd would change my life. I was enthralled and enlightened by the message you preached, Pastor. Again and again, I watched the dvd after work, until I was given more of your dvds.
I had already attended many Christian groups before and listened to many preachers but your message was very different. You were the only one I had heard who talked clearly about salvation. I had no trouble accepting you as the Appointed Son of God. As I continued to listen to you, your life and your words inspire me to live honorably day after day.
I also noticed that those from the Kingdom were very different from people I had encountered from other denominations, and even the people that were in the same church I attended. I felt their sincerity and genuine concern for my soul. Their intentions were pure-they just wanted to share the words of the Father with me.
Like most young people here in America, I often went out with my friends, drinking and hanging out. I was also involved with a gang here in Stockton, and sometimes I would get involved in gang activities like stealing. As I filled myself with your voice, Pastor, and I began to attend the thanksgiving and worship presentations, I did not realize that my life began to change. Without realizing it I stopped drinking and I no longer wanted to hang out with my gang mates.
I have been attending regular Bible studies at the KLC office. I have also been attending the music workshops every Saturday with other Keepers Club members here on the KLC of San Francisco and Vallejo and I am learning how to play the keyboard. There are so many Keepers Club members already here in San Francisco, Pastor. After music lessons, we all gather together for a regular game of basketball. Recently, I was also able to participate in the family day at the San Francisco klc, where we played games and had fellowship with one another.
I am very excited about attending the coming International Youth Convention. They told me that I was to be the first Laotian delegate. I am deeply honored to be given the privilege to come to the New Jerusalem, more so, to become the seed that the Almighty Father will use to bring the message of the Son to the Laotian people. On April 8, Pastor, I will be undergoing my water baptism to seal the surrender of my Will to the Almighty Father, saying, “Father from now on, not my will, but Yours be done in my life.”
I now look at life from a different perspective, Pastor. My dreams and ambitions before I knew the Son were limited to getting the best of what the world can offer. Now my dream is to become like the greatest man I have known and that is the Appointed Son of God, Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy. I have not met you, Pastor, but because I know your message so well, I feel that I already know you well. I look forward to meeting you in person in the New Jerusalem.
