Now that US government has decided to drop the cases of human trafficking, money laundering and forced labor it has filed against her, the Kingdom of Jesus Christ continues to declare its full support for Marissa Dueñas, one of the full-time missionaries of our work in the US, and applaud her courage.
Marissa has admitted to violating US marriage laws, in so doing, unwittingly defrauded the US government, but it was all done in her sincerity to the cause of doing good to humanity and in her commitment to serving God. She takes full responsibility for the crimes she has committed.
Marissa has been a committed and dedicated missionary of the KOJC and we are proud to say that she has never once wavered in her loyalty to the mission of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, which is to love God and to love your neighbor as yourself.
She also remains loyal to Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy and will not be working to persecute a KOJC member or fulltime missionary.
As a spiritual institution working for the spiritual and physical well-being of all peoples of the world, the Kingdom of Jesus Christ remains true to what is stated in the Bible in Romans 13: 1-6, whereby we must subject ourselves to those in authority because they were ordained by God.
As such, we are submitted to the due process of law as we put our full trust in the orchestration of the Will of God in dispensing the justice of heaven.
