38 Years of Triumphs and Milestones: Celebrating the Kingdom Nation’s Successes

Matthew 13: 31-33 likens the Kingdom of Heaven to a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, when it grows, it becomes the largest of garden plants, transforming into a tree where birds come and perch in its branches.

Looking back 38 years, we see the humble beginnings of the Kingdom of God. It began with just a handful of members who left everything behind and firmly stood with the Appointed Son through thick and thin.

In the 1980s, after the Appointed Son of God’s training on two mountains, the Almighty Father sent him back to the denomination where he preached repentance and obedience to God’s people. He toiled the land day and night; he fellowshipped with the early followers day in and day out, non-stop. They endured hardships, surviving on just the rejected fish and vegetables bought from the market in the evening when they were about to be thrown away. This was because they couldn’t afford expensive food, as they only received P50.00 as tithes per week.

Over the years, through the Appointed Son’s unyielding faith and dedication to fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the Almighty Father, the 15 members have grown into millions worldwide. Truly, it only takes a single seed to yield a bountiful harvest.
Originating from Davao City, known as the Water Center of the World, the Kingdom of God has flourished. It has established Sentinels of Light throughout the Philippines and in foreign lands across Asia, the Middle East, Australia, Africa, Europe, and North, South, and Central America. This expansion spans over 2,000 cities and 200 countries worldwide.

As all sons and daughters celebrate this momentous event, the entire world has witnessed how the power of the Almighty Father has guided the Kingdom Nation through His Appointed Son and led it to its present state—from a mustard seed to a great nation that can never be shaken.

“It only takes a single seed to yield a bountiful harvest.” in fulfillment of Isaiah 60:22,

“A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it
in his time.”

HOW GOD PREPARES THE DELIVERER FOR THE ARDUOUS TASK

The Scriptures are replete with biblical accounts of God’s chosen ones being set aside for Him to carry out His purpose. Moses, who fled from Egypt out of fear of Pharaoh’s retribution, eventually found himself being trained by God for forty years in the backside of the wilderness–a place of total seclusion where human interference is not possible. There, the University of the Spirit opened for the first time with the Almighty Father training him spiritually before being entrusted with a gargantuan task of delivering His people from physical bondage.

It was a crucial training, a make-or-break that if he failed to fit the bill, the role of being the deliverer would have never been his, so to speak. God doesn’t want a weakling for a leader. In foresight, He knew that His chosen people’s journey through the wilderness from bondage to liberty will be filled with trials and tribulations. He knew they would be facing hard-fought battles left and right. Thus, the need for a strong leader who will stand for His people and redeem them from oppression. God saw this character trait in the person of His chosen prophet, Moses.

THE APPOINTED SON AS THE MODERN MOSES

Just as Moses had been commissioned to lead the physical exodus of Israel from the bondage of Egypt, Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy was handpicked to lead His people from the bondage of religions and denominations. In the Kingdom Nation, it is the ‘’Spiritual Exodus.’’
The Son has been entrusted with a three-fold ministry. One of which is the ‘Mosaic Ministry,’ which means he has been commissioned by the Almighty Father to deliver man from spiritual bondage— the most subtle form of bondage for it stems in the spirit. At last, the Son was produced to redirect man to the perfect will of the Father by uprooting the serpent seed that was implanted in us which is the cause of all the troubles of this world.

Part of this ministry is shattering age-old beliefs that are held inviolable by the canonical circle, exposing the falsehood of man-made doctrines. By dismantling the cloak of Satan’s deception, many people have been freed and are now seeing the light of salvation founded on the Son’s gospel truth.

In parallel to Moses’ role in the Old Testament, Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy was also called and isolated in what was his spiritual ‘backside of wilderness.’ First, in the foothills of Mt. Matutum for one year where he dispelled any cobweb of doubt pertinent to his calling, and another five years of sojourn in Tamayong under 2000-degree Celsius intense heat where he had to prove his commitment, dedication, loyalty and obedience in doing the Father’s Will, no matter what.

Pastor Apollo’s  spiritual training in the ‘Furnace of Affliction’ prompted the University of the Spirit to be opened for the third time, for which there was one student and one teacher with the Almighty Father revealing to him the Manna of Revelations piecemeal. He was detached from the world- no TV, radio, newspaper and human interference- so the precious Manna that he was going to receive from the Father would be pure and unadulterated.
Like Moses, his period of seclusion in the mountain was not without any difficulty. In fact, it was fraught with challenges, which somehow forged his character befitting of a true God-sent deliverer– iron-willed, steadfast and uncompromising in abiding by the Father’s spiritual laws.

Indeed, there is liberty in the Son of God for he was manifested to destroy the works of the devil ( 1 John 3:8). Had the Son failed in his training, there would be no salvation to speak of; no spiritual freedom to talk about. In these last days, his ‘Mosaic Ministry’ remains the most relevant, preaching genuine repentance and setting a new paradigm of spiritual freedom through unconditional obedience to the Father’s Will as the only way to be free from the bondage of the serpent seed.

THE APPOINTED SON’S MESSAGE OF REPENTANCE

Just like the Begotten Son, the Appointed Son of God is preaching the same message of repentance because it is only through surrendering to the Father’s Will that man can come back to God.

The Vision of Deliverance

In the late 1980s, when the ministry of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ was about to be established, the Appointed Son received a vision from the Almighty Father. In this vision, he witnessed a large, black hairy hand grasping a prison cage. Inside the steel cage were people who, he knew in his mind, were under the curse of sin. Within the dream, another hand emerged, wielding a powerful sword that severed the grip of the black hairy hand on the prison cage. As the black hairy hand was severed, he saw the people within the cage being released and set free.

The vision from that dream remained vivid in his mind, and his hope was that one day, the Almighty Father would completely liberate His people from the shackles of the curse. The black hairy hand undoubtedly symbolizes the enemy who has held humanity captive for thousands of years, subjecting them to the curse. Satan’s intent was to kill and destroy God’s children ( John 10:10). He aimed to strip humanity of their entitlement to salvation and freedom. However, the Son of God came to offer us life, a life that is abundantly rich.
Indeed, the fulfillment of this dream began to undold as the Appointed Son of God led God’s people from religious and denominational bondage to spiritual freedom, the freedom to do only the Father’s Will, on that momentous day of September 1, 1985.

What is the Feast of the Passover?

The Feast of the Passover is a significant Jewish celebration commemorating the historic liberation of the Israelites from slavery in ancient Egypt. In the Book of Exodus, God promised to redeem His people from the Bondage of Egypt (Exodus 6:6). He sent Moses to be the deliverer of His people with the message to the obstinate Pharaoh, “Let my people go” (Exodus 8:1). When the Egyptian King refused, a cascade of ten devastating plagues hit Egypt, culminating in the harrowing plague of the firstborn.

On the night of the Passover, God commanded the Israelites to mark their doorposts with the blood of a lamb. The blood kept the angel of death from entering their homes, sparing the Israelite firstborns. This fateful occurrence ultimately paved the path to the Israelites’ emancipation from enslavement, as Pharaoh finally relented and allowed them to leave Egypt.

In the Kingdom Nation, we celebrate the Feast of the Passover called the “Spiritual Exodus.’’ Right after the Son completed his training in the Mountain of the Furnace of Affliction, the Father told him to return to his denomination. Although he knew he had no right to question the Father’s command, at the back of his mind, he was thinking, “The denominational system had been taken out of me, why do I have to go back to it again?” And so, he went back, and with open arms, his denomination embraced him. However, they began to notice changes in him and said among themselves, “This is not the same Apollo we knew before. This is a different Apollo.”

He did not realize that he was like Moses returning to Egypt to free God’s children from Egyptian bondage. His mission was to lead the people who had accepted his message out of his former denomination. Therefore, on September 1, 1985, the spiritual exodus took place as the Almighty Father led them out. This marked the commencement of spiritual liberation from denominational and religious captivity. This was the beginning of the Son’s Mosaic Ministry.

He was then commanded by the Father to lift no other name but the Name of Jesus Christ in fulfillment of Acts 4:12 which says: “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved,’’ and Philippians 2:9,

“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name
which is above every name:’’

Thirty-eight years have passed, the Kingdom Nation continues to prosper. Like a mustard seed being planted, it has grown exponentially, covering the face of the entire earth. From a lowly seed to a prosperous kingdom, more sons and daughters have been produced- freed and delivered from the greatest spiritual bondage–the bondage of the serpent seed.
