One Tree, One Nation: Planting Hope, One Seedling at a Time

“One Tree, One Nation.” These simple words came to life recently, as more than 120 volunteers gathered in Timberland, Purok 10, Daliaon Plantation, Toril District, Davao City, for a meaningful tree planting activity that reminded everyone what it truly means to serve the country.

The initiative, inspired by Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy’s long-standing love for the environment, showed that you don’t need a title to make a difference. Public service isn’t just found in government halls—it’s found in muddy fields, in the hands of people planting trees, and in the hearts of those who care.

Volunteers from Barangay Lubogan, Barangay Daliaon, and the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) worked side by side, rain or shine, each one holding a seedling with purpose. For them, this wasn’t just about planting trees—it was about giving back to the land, protecting future generations, and standing together for something bigger than themselves.

Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy has always believed that caring for the Earth is part of caring for the nation. Through programs like this, he continues to lead by example—not with fanfare, but with quiet, steady action that speaks volumes.

For the volunteers, the experience was more than just a community activity. It was a shared moment of unity, reflection, and hope. Because every tree planted wasn’t just for shade or oxygen—it was a symbol of love for the country.

In a world where many believe that power is required to serve, this movement reminds us otherwise. Real service comes from the heart. And sometimes, all it takes is one tree.
