THE DAY OF INFAMY: THE KOJC SIEGE’S SILVER LINING

A Morning of Peace Turns Into Chaos

June 10, 2024, will forever be remembered in the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) as a painful but powerful moment in history. What began as a peaceful early morning prayer turned into a shocking scene as armed government forces raided KOJC compounds in Davao City and other areas.

It was still dark, around 4:00 AM, when loud sirens shattered the silence. Kingdom members were gathered for their daily devotional when heavily armed men arrived and forced their way into the gates. Inside, there were no criminals—only peaceful men, women, and children who had come to worship the Almighty Father.

Instead of fighting back, Kingdom Citizens stood united. Holding hands, they formed a human wall and began to sing and worship. Even in fear and confusion, no violence came from them—only praise.

Faith in the Face of Tragedy

That day, lives were lost. People were hurt. Homes were broken into. But what happened did not weaken their faith. It only made them stronger. The painful events were meant to destroy—but instead, they became proof of how deeply rooted the Kingdom Nation’s faith truly is.

Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, a long-time leader from Davao himself, called June 10 “A Day Of Infamy.” These words reminded everyone of how unjust and shocking the event was—not just to the Kingdom but to the nation. He expressed heartbreak for what happened to innocent people who were simply worshipping the Almighty Father.

The Glorification Era Begins

But in the eyes of the Kingdom, something greater rose from the ashes.

The Appointed Son declared that the trials of that day marked the beginning of a new time—the Glorification Era. This is a time of spiritual change and victory over fear, sin, and even death.

“For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality… O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?”
— 1 Corinthians 15:53-55

What happened on June 10 did not destroy the Kingdom Nation—it revealed its strength. Instead of fear, there was courage. Instead of hate, there was love. Instead of defeat, there was worship.

From Pain to Praise

The Day of Infamy is not just a tragic event—it is now a symbol of unshakable faith. It showed the world what it means to be spiritually prepared. It proved that even when faced with cruelty and injustice, the light of the Almighty Father cannot be put out.

The Appointed Son reminded everyone that all things work together for good. What was meant to bring harm has brought spiritual growth. Every trial has become a testimony. Every tear has turned into praise.

All glory, honor, and thanksgiving to the Almighty Father through His Appointed Son!
